Quinta Seara d’Ordens is a family business located in the Douro Valley, 9 km from Peso da Régua.
Quinta Seara d’Ordens exists since the end of the 18th century and is located in the heart of the Douro, at 9 kms from Peso da Régua.
From the early 1960’s, João Leite Moreira, owner of the Estate, began a strong dynamic of modernization which would be concluded years later by his three sons: António, José and Fernando.
In 1988, the three brothers, encouraged by their father, formed the Sociedade Agrícola Quinta Seara d’Ordens, embracing the whole project. Four years later, they started trading wines with their own brand (1992).
Today, with an area of 60ha and a centenary winemaking tradition, the Estate has a privileged location in a half-slope altitude with south west exposure, being the perfect conditions for the production of high-quality grapes.
