Quinta Seara d'Ordens is a family-run business located in the Douro Valley, 9 km from Peso da Régua.
Quinta Seara d'Ordens has existed since the late 18th century and is located in the heart of the Douro region, 9 km from Peso da Régua.
Starting in the 1960s, João Leite Moreira, the Quinta's owner, initiated a strong modernization effort that would be completed years later by his three sons: António, José, and Fernando.
In 1988, the three brothers, encouraged by their father, formed the Quinta Seara d'Ordens Agricultural Society, embracing the entire project. Four years later, they began marketing wines under their own brand (1992).
Currently, with 60 hectares of land and a centuries-old winemaking tradition, the Quinta has a privileged location, situated on a mid-slope altitude with a west-south exposure, optimal conditions for producing the highest quality grapes.
