This Ruby Reserve with a unique personality is fermented in stainless steel vessels with 50% grape-stripping in a controlled temperature. It is the result of three harvests.

It is an intense, ripe and full-bodied wine, and a positive ageing in the bottle is predictable for a several years after bottling, with the wine acquiring a character of its own.
TASTING NOTES
Of deep ruby color, the Reserve Ruby is a Port Wine that has vinous aroma, ripe fruit, prune, fig, blackberry and cherry. In the mouth, it’s vinous, full bodied, soft, fruity and balanced.
FOOD PAIRING
Goat and sheep blue cheeses, red meats and chocolate.
